These Terms and Conditions take effect from 1 January 2026. Continued use of the mage888 platform after this date means you have agreed to all provisions herein.
Important: This document forms a binding agreement between you and mage888.
If you do not agree with any provision, please stop using this platform.
Clause 01
Definitions and Interpretation
In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Platform" refers to the mage888 website together with all digital services provided under it.
- "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the mage888 platform.
- "Account" means the personal profile registered by a user through the official registration process.
- "Balance" refers to the total funds in a user's account that may be used for wagering or withdrawal.
- "Bonus" refers to any financial incentive or added value granted by mage888 to users subject to specific conditions.
- "Wagering" means any gambling activity conducted through the platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting and crash games.
- "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit as the transaction currency on this platform.
Clause headings in this document are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of the content.
Clause 02
Account Eligibility and Registration
mage888 account registration is limited to individuals aged 21 and above only. This is a legal requirement that cannot be waived.
By registering an account with mage888, you confirm that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
- Registering voluntarily and not under pressure from any party.
- Not on a self-exclusion list or any list prohibited from gambling.
- Providing true, complete and current personal information during registration.
- Taking full responsibility for all activities carried out through your account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, emails, mobile numbers or other details — are prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
mage888 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Users must provide identity documents such as a MyKad or passport when requested. Failure to do so may result in restrictions being placed on the account.
Clause 03
Password and Security Responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their mage888 account password. You must not share your login credentials with any party, including family members or friends.
- Use a strong password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
- Do not store your password on public or shared devices.
- Change your password regularly to keep your account secure.
- Notify mage888 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
mage888 will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining account security. All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been authorised by you.

Fund Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the mage888 platform are subject to the following limits and procedures:

Accepted payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH. mage888 does not charge any processing fees on deposit or withdrawal transactions.
Users must use payment methods registered in their own name. The use of third-party bank accounts or e-wallets is prohibited and may result in transactions being rejected and the account suspended.
All withdrawals are subject to internal security checks. mage888 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving large withdrawal amounts.
Clause 05
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
mage888 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Using a bonus without meeting the wagering requirements will prevent withdrawal of the related funds.
The mage888 welcome bonus is as follows: the first deposit will receive a 200% bonus up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.
- Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
- Example: Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000
Bonuses may only be used for wagering on the mage888 platform and cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash. Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including through opposing bets or multiple account usage, will result in the bonus being voided without notice.
The mage888 VIP programme consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate: Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0% and Gold up to 1.5%. Tier advancement depends on the user's overall wagering activity.
Clause 06
Game Rules and Wagering
The mage888 platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting and crash games. Each category may have its own additional rules and users are responsible for understanding the game rules before participating.
- Game results determined by the system or game provider are final and cannot be disputed.
- Any technical disruption during a game will be resolved based on valid system records.
- Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled by the user after a round has started.
- mage888 reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or system irregularities.
- For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the applicable odds, subject to specific odds recalculation policies.
RTP (Return to Player) and game volatility are general information provided by game developers. mage888 does not modify game parameters set by licensed developers.
Clause 07
Prohibited Conduct and Abuse
Violation of any provision in this clause may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mage888 platform:
- Use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software or any tool designed to exploit the system.
- Hacking, intrusion or any attempt to access mage888 systems without authorisation.
- Identity fraud or providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Money laundering or using funds from unlawful sources for deposits.
- Player collusion to cheat the system or other players.
- Bonus abuse through multiple account registrations or misleading wagering strategies.
- Harassment, threats or abusive conduct towards customer service staff or other users.
Clause 08
Account Termination and Suspension
mage888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated period.
- Mandatory requests from authorities or regulatory bodies.
- Account inactive for an extended period with no activity.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the mage888 customer service team via live chat or email. Valid balances will be returned after deduction of any bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements.
Clause 09
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
mage888 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users in connection with the use of this platform. This includes but is not limited to:
- Financial losses resulting from unsuccessful bets.
- Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or circumstances beyond mage888's control.
- Loss of data due to technical failures or third-party cyber attacks.
- Any financial decisions made based on information on this platform.
mage888 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, the platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee continuous uninterrupted availability.
Clause 10
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
mage888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.
Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version. The date of update will be stated at the top of this document.
Continued use of the mage888 platform after any amendments are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the amended terms.
Clause 11
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The mage888 platform operates under international licensing. These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws under the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the mage888 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the user and mage888. Users may submit a complaint through mage888's 24/7 customer service channels.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, it will be referred to an arbitrator appointed by the relevant licensing body. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in these Terms and Conditions will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which continue to remain in force.
